On Saturday night our divers swapped their Kozii togs for suits and cocktail dresses, as the diving community came together for our inaugural awards night in Brisbane.

The 2024 Diving Australia Awards Night, which was held at the Brisbane Convention and Exhibition Centre, honoured and celebrated the remarkable achievements of our divers, coaches, volunteers and administrators. 

There were 12 awards presented throughout the evening, including the prestigious Male and Female Diver of the Year Awards. 

Cassiel Rousseau was named Male Diver of the Year, whilst Maddison Keeney was named Female Diver of the Year as well as the recipient of the Athlete’s Athlete Award. 

Ellie Cole, Ruby Drogemuller, Zafar Marikar, Jonah Mercieca, Nina Phan and Hudson Skinner were also welcomed on the night as the newest members of the Diving Australia National Squad.
