Diving Australia is currently seeking appropriately qualified and interested people for a range of Committees. 

Please see below information regarding each Committee and an indication of the criteria that will be taken into consideration for appointment, and how to apply. This information should be read in conjunction with the Terms of Reference documents for each Committee.

Committee Overview

Athlete Committee

The Athlete Committee is tasked with providing an athlete voice to the DA CEO to ensure that athlete wellbeing and key issues important to athletes are heard and considered by DA.

Candidates for selection must be 18 years or over and be a national or international diver representing Australia who is either a current active athlete or an athlete who has been retired for less than 12 years.

We ask that individuals that meet the eligibility criteria and are interested please submit a cover letter and CV to teri@diving.org.au

In the case that more than one submission is received, the DA CEO and DA Leadership team will determine the appointment of the Committee member.

National Technical Diving Committee (NTDC)

The NTDC is responsible for the education and progression of technical officials, including accreditation and progress along the officiating pathway, working closely with the DA General Manager – Participation and Sport Development. It is also tasked with assisting in the smooth running of national events, with a focus on technical aspects. 

Candidates must have significant experience in either judging, recording secretariat or other event support functions. 

We ask that individuals that meet the eligibility criteria and are interested please submit a cover letter and CV to davidh@diving.org.au

In the case that more than one submission is received, the DA CEO and DA Leadership team will determine the appointment of the Committee member.
